“I had the chance to practice listening to the voices and sounds in a different way.There were sounds that were not noticeable for me before, like a sound from environment or even my inner voice.Accepting these sounds, whether pleasant or not, and dealing with them was not as easy as it sounds, and I don't claim that I succeed it that, but getting this awareness and trying for that is definitely precious for me and also by different practices I was reminded of blessing of Listening and how this blessing can lead and help us to experience the PRESENT MOMENT.
